August 15, 2026 9:00am-12:00noon	Online Zoom Meeting Click here for the link.	Ying Expo Teacher Informational and Orientation Meeting. This meeting is mandatory for all participating schools.
August 21, 2026 8:00am-4:00pm	Holiday Inn, Orlando East Click here for the map.	Florida State Science and Engineering Fair (FFSEF) Meeting. Please RSVP to yingexpofair@gmail.com by August 14, 2026
August 29, 2026 9:00am-11:00am	Orlando Science Center Click here for the map.	Ying Expo Informational Meeting on FSSEF and International Science and Engineering Fair(ISEF) Rules and Guidelines. This meeting is mandatory for all participating schools.
September 01, 2026	Ying Expo Google Classroom Click here for the link.	School Registration. Registration forms are due and must be turned in to the Ying Expo Google Classroom.
September 18, 2026	Ying Expo Google Classroom Click here for the link.	Pre-approval Paperwork Submission. All 1st year schools or schools requesting additional support MUST submit initial student paperwork. Any other school that wants to submit paperwork (PDF) early for projects requiring pre-approval.
October 14, 2026	Ying Expo Google Classroom Click here for the link.	Pre-approval Paperwork Submission Deadline. All paperwork for ALL projects requiring pre-approval is due on this date. Forms must be uploaded in one single PDF for each project. Please use the ISEF "Rules Wizard" to determine the forms that are required of each project.
October 30, 2026	Ying Expo Google Classroom Click here for the link.	Pre-approval Paperwork Resubmission Deadline. All need-to-be-returned paperwork for projects requiring pre-approval are due today. Projects done at a Registered Research Institution (RRI) must have dated communication from the RRI.
December 05, 2026 Time TBD	Online Zoom Meeting Click here for the link.	Ying Expo student Registration Meeting. This meeting is mandatory for all participating schools.
December 11, 2026	Google Classroom	Ying Expo Student Registration. Paperwork for all projects is due today in a single PDF for each student in the appropriate category. Registration is also required on a Google Form, access to be provided after December 5 Zoom Meeting.
February 10, 2027 4:00-7:00 pm	Trinity Preparatory School. Click here for map.	Ying Expo Project Set-up. All projects must be set up the night before the judging.
February 11, 2027 8:00 am - 12:00 noon	Trinity Preparatory School. Click here for map.	Ying Expo Judging. Doors open at 7:30 am and all student participants must be at their projects by 8:00 am. Judging will start at 8:00! Professional attire required. Thank you!

February 11, 2027 1:30-2:30 pm	Trinity Preparatory School Click here for map.	Open House & Project Breakdown. All students must return to the exposition floor after lunch for open house and project breakdown. We will begin dismissing students at 2:30 pm. No exceptions!
February 18, 2027 7:00-9:00 pm	Trinity Preparatory School Click here for map.	Ying Expo Awards Presentation. The Ying Expo Awards Ceremony will be LIVE at Trinity Preparatory School
March 30-April 01, 2027	RP Funding Center in Lakeland, Florida Click here for map.	The Florida State Science and Engineering Fair. All first place winners in Junior and Senior Divisions move on to the FSSEF in Lakeland.
May 08-14, 2027	Los Angeles, California Click here for map.	Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair. Four Senior Grand Prize winners are selected at the Ying Expo Awards in February.
