Below are the forms needed to participate. These forms should be filled out in blue or black ink or typed, preferably, and turned into the student's teacher or "Adult Sponsor" BEFORE the student begins any experimentation.
If you are not sure which forms you need the Regeneron ISEF web site has a "Rules Wizard" that will guide you.
Rules for all projects. This must be read and documented in the bibliography by all students.
Florida State Rules supercede ISEF rules. All Florida students must follow these rules first.
